All merchandise is made exclusively in the UK
TERMS AND CONDITIONSIn these terms of sale, “we” means LPS Studio Ltd (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
Please ensure you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms and conditions of sale.
You must also ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete and you are able to accept delivery of the products.
Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing an order with LPS Studio Ltd. We recommend you keep a copy for future reference as we may from time to time modify our terms and conditions of sale.
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms and conditions.
ORDERINGAll orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
La-Petite-S.com offers product for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre.
Occasionally however, we may be waiting for stock deliveries consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an advanced payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an advanced purchase. This will ensure that you will receive this item in priority once stock has been delivered. LPS Studio Ltd will only take advanced purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery. Your rights regarding advanced purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at LPS Studio Ltd.
In addition if the product you would like has sold out we can often make garments to order, this is subject to fabric availability and we cannot guarantee lead times, this is also an advanced purchase.
You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.
Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected advanced payment merchandise due to production problems or quality control issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund your advanced payment to your credit/debit card within 30 days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
If we are not showing your desired item and it is not available in stock, then you have the option of placing a 'Special Order'. This is subject to fabric availability and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. However we will provide you with an estimated delivery date before you make your final purchase as we do require payment in advance.

Please note 'Special Orders' are non-returnable and non-refundable, so you must be completely sure it's right for you.
All other items are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and LPS Studio Ltd. will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms and conditions.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Your product is now in your shopping cart, click cart to view selected products, add more products or remove products now. At this point you have the option to add delivery instructions or any other comments before proceeding to check out.
Click checkout at which point you can log in with your account details or continue as guest. Enter your details including email address, billing and shipping address, daytime telephone number. Once complete continue to next step for payment information.
You will now be asked to enter your credit card details and click complete my purchase, if you do not want to be contacted in the future please un-tick the box now. By completing your purchase you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Your order is now complete and an email confirmation has been sent. If you are purchasing as a guest you can now have the option to create an account. Once your account is activated you can log into your account which will save you time on your next purchase.
If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check your junk email folders before getting in contact.
Price and PaymentPrices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.
In addition to the price of the products, there will be an additional delivery charge which will be as stated when you pay for the product.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU, (outside the European Union) will be charged for the item purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose Credit/Debit card is non denominated in sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
The prices on the website include British value added taxes for European customers only.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa electron, Visa debit, Master Card, American express, Maestro debit cards and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by LPS Studio Ltd. You confirm that the debit/credit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to LPS Studio ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable steps to make sure our site is secure, all credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed by Sagepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts, which have come into force.
In addition to the price of the products, there will be a delivery charge, the cost of which will be as stated before you complete your purchase. This will allow you the opportunity to terminate the transaction if you do not agree with the delivery charge.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours excluding Saturday-Sunday and UK bank holidays.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. LPS Studio Ltd. is not responsible for any delays caused by destinations customs clearance processes.

LPS Studio Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept the evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LPS Studio Ltd., and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Cancelling Your Order Under the Distance Selling RegulationsUnder the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us, in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reached us in good condition, at you own cost.

We recommend that you insure the returns shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the good and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of sending.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancelation notice.
If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
Returns and Exchanges Using our Free Collection ServiceAs an alternative to using your rights under the DSR’s, you may prefer to return or exchange items using our free returns and exchanges collection service. You must request your returns number within 7 days of order receipt and then return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your returns number.
We will refund you to the value of the item only unless you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different size in which case shipping is complimentary for the first replacement only after which you will be liable for all shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a discount code, which you can use against your next purchase.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent, in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and any labels still attached. We will not be able to refund or exchange any noticeably worn or washed items. All items returned must be in their original state and deemed fit for resale.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When trying on items please ensure you are not wearing perfume or anything that may mark the garment or leave a scent. We are unable to accept returned items that show evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on la-petite-s.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Our PolicyItems should be returned unused and with all La Petite S***** garment tags still attached and contained within the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All items should have a returns number to allow easy identification as unidentified returns may be returned to sender.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear and not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items, if it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available you are entitled to a full refund.
How to Return an ItemIt’s very easy.
First email us at email@example.com in the subject line quote the type of return you require for example EXCHANGE or REFUND followed by your order number.
Within the email body, please include your name and daytime telephone number, the 9-digit product code relating to the item you wish to return with a brief description about why you wish to return the garment. You can find the 9-digit code on your order confirmation or by logging into your customer account.
We may call you at this point in case we can help you in any way.
We will email you back with a returns authorisation number for your reference and an address label which you need to secure to the outside of the package ensuring all previous address labels are obscured.
Items should be returned unused and with all La Petite S***** garment tags still attached and contained within the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Once we have received your parcel we will begin the exchange or refund process and you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
Please note free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled under the DSRs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non refundable through LPS Studio Ltd. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureaux directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on the processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
For an exchange we will issue a credit voucher, which you can use to purchase a replacement item.
The voucher will remain valid for 1 year.
Gift ReturnsIf you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a credit voucher, which you can use against your next purchase.
This will be valid for 1 year.
Late ReturnsA returns authorisation number should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You should then returns your item(s) within 7 days of receiving this number.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of LPS Studio Ltd and may only be refunded as a store credit.
