How to Return an Item

If for any reason you wish to return your item(s), simply email us within 7 days of receiving your package at  
Returns outside of these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of LPS Studio Ltd and may be only refunded as a store credit.

How to request your returns authorisation

Simply email us at Quote your order number in the subject line then describe the item(s) you wish to return and why.  Please include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.
We will email you back with a return authorisation number plus an address label to be secured to the outside of the package.  Please ensure all previous address labels are obscured and the parcel is securely sealed. Once the package is ready then simply call UPS - locally, and request a collection.
Packages must be collected within 7 days of receiving the label.
Items should be returned unused, in the original packaging with all La Petite S***** garment tags and within the time frames stated above.
Returns that are late, damaged, soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Once we have received your parcel we will begin the refund process and inform the customer by email.

Please note free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled under the DSRs

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a credit voucher, which you can use against your next purchase. This will be valid for 1 year.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchases credit card or we will issue a credit voucher, which will remain valid for 1 year. This credit/refund will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRS only. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using our free collection service.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties are non refundable through LPS Studio Ltd. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureaux directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on the processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

For an exchange we will issue a credit voucher, which you can use to purchase a replacement item. The voucher will remain valid for 1 year.

Cancelling Your Order Under the Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).

In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation.

If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us, in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.

You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reached us in good condition, at you own cost.

We recommend that you insure the returns shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the good and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of sending.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancelation notice.

If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.

Returns and Exchanges Using our Free Collection Service

As an alternative to using your rights under the DSR’s, you may prefer to return or exchange items using our free returns and exchanges collection service. You must request your returns number within 7 days of order receipt and then return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your returns number.

We will refund you to the value of the item only unless you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different size in which case shipping is complimentary for the first replacement only after which you will be liable for all shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a discount code, which you can use against your next purchase.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent, in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and any labels still attached. We will not be able to refund or exchange any noticeably worn or washed items. All items returned must be in their original state and deemed fit for resale.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When trying on items please ensure you are not wearing perfume or anything that may mark the garment or leave a scent. We are unable to accept returned items that show evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Faulty Goods

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear and not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items, if it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available you are entitled to a full refund.

Our Policy

All items should have a returns number to allow easy identification as unidentified returns may be returned to sender.
